At Phoenix lifestyle, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the item you receive is damaged.

Policy Details:

  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • We will require clear pictures of the damaged product as proof for verification.
  • Once your claim is approved, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement, based on availability.
  • Refunded amount will be credited within 7 business days on your original payment method.
  • Refund post receiving damaged product and reviewing it within 7 days of receiving the parcel
  • Replacement will be done within 7 business days

Steps to File a Claim:

  2. Our team will review your submission and get back to you within 24 hours.

Please note:

  • Refunds or replacements will not be provided for items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or reasons other than manufacturing defects.
