How tracking numbers work, and what to do when yours is quiet.

When does my tracking number start working?

Tracking activates only after the courier's first scan of your parcel. Until that first scan is recorded, the number can show no movement even though it is valid.

Where do I find my tracking number?

Your AWB / tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email, sent to the email address used on the order. Check your spam and promotions folders if you cannot see it.

I do not have a tracking number yet.

If your order has not shipped yet, no tracking number exists for it. One is created when the parcel is handed to the courier, and it is sent to you in the shipping confirmation email.

My tracking has not updated.

Tracking updates each time the courier scans your parcel as it moves through their network, so there can be gaps between updates. If you would like us to check, email us with your order number.
